2Screens Remote With this app installed, your iPhone can serve as a remote control for the iPad apps "2Screens - Presentation Expert" or "2Screens LE" for switching pages/slides during a presentation, as well as enabling/suppressing display on the external screen when the iPad is connected with a projector or LCD monitor.
Communication between the iPad presentation app and iPhone remote control app is through Bluetooth connections. In this regard, the app only works on iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 and second/third generation iPod Touch which have support for Bluetooth 2.1. Please note that this app cannot be used on first generation iPhone and first generation iPod Touch.
Current version available on AppStore is v1.1.
Starting from v1.1, the Remote app auto-disables idle timer when bluetooth connection is established so as to prevent losing connection with the Presentation Expert app.
The app is converted to be universal app starting from v1.1 - just in case somebody would like to use another iPad as a remote control!
Please note that the new “Switch to next tab” button requires to work with 2Screens - Presentation Expert v1.5.1 or above.
